Jea Mosher
Jea Mosher takes a vision and makes it reality through sound strategy. Intuitively seeing the thread for opportunity and driving advantage into business development, she is respected as a credible voice in decision making and finding strategic partners.
Prior to real estate, Jea was the CEO of 100BIO™, a bioplastic solution for single-use plastic manufacturers. Responsible for founding the world’s first biodegradable styrofoam, Jea paved the road to accessible sustainable solutions in consumer goods packaging. In her previous management roles at Tag Packaging™ and the Panda Restaurant Group, Jea spearheaded international sourcing and supply chain efficiencies in global franchise development where she served as the key principal in manufacturing solutions and vendor relations.
Jea is a frequent lecturer at sustainability and material science forums worldwide and is an active member of the Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE), European Bioplastics, and International Society of Sustainability Professionals (ISSP). Jea is an avid world traveler. Her charitable interests center primarily on pediatric cancer efforts and has been involved with philanthropic groups such as Alex’s Lemonade™ for the past two decades.
